Gershon Seiferas represents real estate investment trusts, large and small investment, management and development companies and national retailers, on various real estate matters, including the acquisition, development and financing of office buildings, industrial facilities, shopping centers, and multifamily projects throughout the country and related joint venture agreements. Gershon also advises landlords and tenants in connection with the drafting and negotiation of complex commercial leases of retail, office and industrial properties.
